Even though Kim + Kyle both went to the University of Wisconsin La Crosse for 4 years, it wasn’t until PT school that the universe decided to bring them together. It was then that they discovered their numerous mutual friends – which made conversations feel like they’d known each other for years. After a car ride home following an anatomy lab, Kim + Kyle soon realized just how much they had in common. After two years of classes, countless hours of studying, 32 weeks of internships all over the country, three ski trips, five northwoods vacations, three road trips to Florida and Colorado, four different apartments in Chicago, and one adorable puppy – that friendship turned into great love.

On December 22nd, 2015, Kyle surprised Kim at home after work with an apartment full of rose petals, romantic candles, their favorite song playing, and their puppy Randall dressed in a white bowtie as Kyle got down on one knee and asked Kim to marry him. That incredible moment brought us to these unforgettable moments from the wedding day. Kim + Kyle, the room was filled with love for you from floor to ceiling. It was an honor to see you surrounded by all of your favorite people – and how happy that made you both.
