It’s so crazy to be sharing photos from MY wedding on here today! I love sharing all of your wedding stories on the blog, each couple is different and always brings a different spin to the wedding day. Our day was no different – we tried to incorporate little details that were meaningful to US (for example, our cats were carried down the aisle). We kept it simple, focused on the love, and for the most part – if it didn’t feel like us or make sense, we didn’t do it. We got married at Boyd’s Mason Lake Resort – which holds such a special place in our hearts. Dan’s family has been going there for years (Dan’s cabin is across the lake), it’s where we had our unofficial first date, and where he proposed in May.

I can honestly say, this was the best day of our lives. We had the best time, were surrounded by our closest friends and family (minus a few we wish could’ve been there) – and we had the best vendor team making sure everything was perfect. Simply Elegant Group and AEG Production made our vision a reality. Our JTP photographers and videographers captured every moment for us to remember forever. Most of all, our friends and family surrounded us with a bubble of support and all the happy feelings and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Here are my favorite moments from the day!
