Samantha + Mike’s wedding was amazing from start to finish. Literally. to. the. finish. when a brass band came to play at midnight. It was SO fun, and something I’d never seen before. Always love seeing how couples keep making their wedding days more and more special and unique. It was also our first time shooting a full wedding day at Venue six10 – and let me tell you, not only are those floor to ceiling windows overlooking Michigan Ave. beautiful, but any venue that has a balcony or second level to shoot a different perspective is at the top of my list. The whole day was filled with personal touches – their favorite dessert from Bavette’s (one of our favorite restaurants, too!), Mike’s dad singing with the band, and a custom one of a kind chuppah by Kehoe Designs… Samantha + Mike did it right, and did it big. We were so happy to be there capturing all of the pretty, but most of all – their smiling faces and love for each other. Here’s some of our favorites from the day!
