Maternity Photos are so special to capture. It’s a beautiful time in a mother’s life… one that passes quickly and also feels like an eternity at the same time. It’s a time that I will always look back at fondly, a time that my son lived within my body… how wild is that?!? I think it’s always worth capturing a few photos – it’s something that should be celebrated, and let’s be honest – moms don’t get enough credit for carrying babies and putting up with all the things our bodies go through during pregnancy. ANYWAY – here is a gorgeous mama that I photographed in Oak Park… I love how these turned out and these are extra special as I’ve been with them since their engagement photos to their wedding to their maternity to their newborn… and will be photographing them again come fall when their son is around 8 months!! What a treat to capture life’s most special moments 🙂
