Bree + Erik met years ago back in college, but it took Bree a few years to realize that the love of her life was right in front of her. Bree saw Erik as just a friend. Erik, on the other hand, always had a crush on Bree. He was persistent in his pursuit of her, and always found a way to remain a part of Bree’s life. Having spent some time with them during the shoot, I can see how their genuine spirits and loving personalities meshed perfectly – which has brought them to today – less than 30 days away from their wedding!
A little incident that happened during our shoot speaks wonders of the kind of people Bree + Erik are. During our session, Erik noticed a child nearby had fallen and was crying. He didn’t hesitate – and ran to his truck to get some bandaids. While Erik was gone, Bree went right over to the boy and told him a story about a nasty fall she had recently taken – shared in his pain, and immediately his nerves were calmed. Bree + Erik, it is no question to me that you are going to be great missionaries in Mexico (their plans after the wedding). You two are literally some of the nicest, most caring, and fun people I’ve had the pleasure to work with. I’m so glad we were able to connect through Facebook – and I was able to share in this special time for you both. I wish you the best of luck in the future, and I hope our paths cross again soon!
