Courtney + Joey matched on Coffee Meets Bagel in January of 2016 and exchanged a simple, “hey whats up?” After about a week, Joey asked Courtney if she wanted to meet up with him and some friends downtown. After politely declining ‘a night out with the bros,’ Courtney realized they had a mutual friend and ended up meeting up with them in her pajamas. From the first second they met – it was a match. After almost two years of dating, Joey took Courtney on the best date ever. They went to one of their favorite spots, Enolo Wine Bar, and as he sweat profusely – Joey said he wanted their, “forever to start now,” and it was the easiest YES of  Courtney’s life.

Courtney + Joey got married on September 1, 2018 at the beautiful City Winery in the West Loop of Chicago. It was a gorgeous day – despite the slight rain interruption in the middle of the ceremony!
