Jaz + Eric shared a few words about their engagement: “When we moved into our current apartment which has a large, private patio we agreed to finally get a dog (I have been wanting one since we moved in together). I started researching breeds and shelters, all the puppies! I fell for a black and white cockapoo named Frank and asked if we could put a deposit down. Eric said he didn’t want to commit and let’s take a look at him first. The owners were bringing the liter down from Iowa to Lombard, IL in a few weeks and I was so worried he would be taken by another family. The day they were bringing him to Lombard happened to be our 3rd anniversary (11.3.18). We drove out to a parking lot between a redroof inn and dialysis center. I ran over to the car with the puppies and the breeder said I had to a wait a moment. After what felt like an hour she handed me the cutest, bundle of love and Eric looked at me and asked “did you read the dog tag”? I looked down and the tag read, “Jaz, will you marry me?” and Eric then got down on one knee. Everything was a blur! Eric had sent the dog tag to the breeder the week before so they were in on it! In a matter of minutes I was engaged with a new addition to the family!”
Similar to their proposal – the wedding was PERFECT. It was such a gorgeous day filled with love and all the smiles. Here’s a look at some of our favorites!
