Michelle + Derk met years ago in college MSU. After graduating, Derek moved to Chicago and Michelle stayed back in Michigan. While doing the long distance thing always takes effort, both of them knew it was worth it and eventually after two years apart, Michelle moved down to Chicago to join Derek in the Windy City to take the next step in their lives together.

Although Michelle had never really been to Chicago Union Station, looking through my photos on Pinterest, she fell in love with the columns and architecture, and knew she wanted their e-session to be there. Michelle + Derek also wanted some skyline photos (who wouldn’t?!), so we ended the session along Lake Michigan near North Avenue Beach. It was a perfect night, and I had such a blast with them. You really can’t beat a gorgeous couple that loves to laugh and have fun together 🙂 Congratulations to Michelle + Derek!
